My training was Integrative Humanistic but I have also added many different modalities since I qualified as a therapist.

These include Gestalt training, Solution Focused, Narcissism etc.

However, my preferred method of learning is experiential which I personally find to be more insightful than straight theory.

Although I'm committed to learning and attend many workshop and training events each year, I strongly believe that the therapeutic relationship is different with each client and that change occurs when both are aligned.
